Summary:
This role will focus on growing the Zappos at Work (ZAW) program through B2B sales outreach and meeting sales targets. You will implement strategies to prospect and close accounts.
This role requires 3+ years B2B sales experience. This is a sales position for Zappos at Work (ZAW), not a customer service representative position within our call center.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Implementing outbound sales strategies to bring new business accounts to our ZAW B2B footwear and uniform program as the top of the sales funnel.
Developing and qualifying leads, prospecting, cold contacting, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, generating revenue, and meeting a sales quota.
Successfully executing both top funnel and closing strategies to achieve financial targets.
Drive sales opportunities to close and ensure the structure of the deal is correct from the onset.
Gathering business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, drive new business, and close accounts.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
At least three (3) years of experience in outside sales or B2B sales required.
A history of developing sales pipelines and a proven successful sales record.
Prior experience in the eCommerce industry preferred.
Prior experience selling Softline goods preferred.
Prior experience selling SaaS (software-as-a-service) preferred.
Possess a true passion to drive sales.
Able to adapt and change frequently and efficiently.
Able to communicate and engage effectively with those of all backgrounds and customer profiles.
Strong analytical skills.
The base pay range for this position is $68,000 to $75,500 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, a full range of medical and other benefits is offered.
