What you’ll do:
You’re a talent scout, energetically searching the real estate landscape to connect with high-performing real estate agents and let them know “We Want You.” Using your exceptional phone and sales skills, passion and enthusiasm, you’ll encourage them to meet with us by offering them an opportunity they can’t pass up: learning about Coldwell Banker and the benefits of joining our team. We’ll provide the training and resources you need to create connections, build relationships and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to help grow our company. This position is 100% remote. The candidate for this position can reside anywhere in the U.S. but will be required to work East Coast hours.

Phone friendly, enthusiastically reaching out to contact prospective agents throughout the day, getting their attention and igniting their interest.
Relationship builder, comfortable starting conversations with agents, engaging with them and generating interest in a Coldwell Banker career.
Persuasive, going for the win on every call; celebrating victories, moving past defeats.
Customer focused, listening to and respecting the needs of recruiting candidates, overcoming their reservations by emphasizing the benefits of affiliating with us.

Agent recruiter: Prospecting up to 50 or more recruits a day and convincing them to meet our managers through cold calls and warm leads.
Pipeline builder: Using our resources to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates.
Reliable responder: Promptly replying to team members and prospective agents.
Consistent collaborator: Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring integrity of applicant tracking system data.
Team player: Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs and earning their trust to help them achieve business goals.
Technology adopter: Achieving success by effectively using business analysis and communication tools, including Teams, Skype, Facetime, WebEx, iProspect and SalesForce.
Experience: At least one year inside sales or cold calling experience; telephone prospecting and real estate industry knowledge a plus.
Sales savvy: Prior work in a sales role, proven ability to quickly build relationships, understand needs and obtain their agreement.
Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools and CRM systems.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity.

$25.00 – $27.00 with potential for bonuses; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
