What you’ll be doing:

·         Train new team members and provides on-going training to existing team members in designated areas

·         Manage team that is customer facing and onboarding and implements Staples Breakroom programmatic customers

·         Work closely with numerous functional teams (pricing, merchandising, supply chain, etc.) to help drive process and metrics that meets the needs of the breakroom segment

·         Manage sales forecast for service sales under control in SFDC system, working with staples procurement and 3rd party service providers for appropriate inventory levels for implementations

·         Work with sales team to implement large breakroom programs

·         Develop training and processed and educate the Breakroom operations implementations team

·         Manage key business and situational escalations – troubleshoot, guide, and advise resolutions

·         Manage the Staples coffee and water programs ensuring compliance to service level objectives

·         Assist in the planning of annual goals and measure and track associates’ progress to goals for inclusion within appraisals

·         Monitor and review service levels with key service providers to ensure service level expectations are achieved

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  •          High School Diploma
  •          5+ years management experience

 

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

 

  •          Associate or bachelor’s degree
  •          Knowledgeable and experienced in operations management organization, ordering, scheduling, delivery and installation and project closeout
  •          Experience with effectively coaching, leading and directing a team to successful outcome
  •          Experience with developing and implementing risk mitigation / contingency plans for work issue management
  •          Organizational and time-management skills
  •          Attention to detail
  •          Strong problem-solving ability and analysis skills
  •          Experience and ability to effectively train others on job requirements
  •          Previous experience working Previous experience working on an operations sales support team

Compensation Range : Annual Salary Range: $100,000-$124,000
