Where you’ll work:
This is a hybrid position that requires spending time working from home and in the office. After training, associates will work approximately 75% at home and 25% in the office.
Starting pay is $18.25 per hour.

The Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) is committed to solving our customers’ needs on first contact through simple, high-quality, and personalized experiences. We currently have the following types of shifts and openings:
- Shifts are morning/afternoon/and weekends
*** Schedules require availability on the weekends***
- Start Date: Monday April 17th, 2023
- Training is approximately 12 weeks
Training: Selected candidates will participate in mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! Training schedules will vary based on shift and role. The training continues beyond day one as well.
Training hours will be:
10:30 am – 7:00 pm
- Onboarding: 4/17 – 4/19
- Core Training: 4/20 – 6/16 (Monday – Friday)
- On the job training Week 1: 6/19 – 6/23 (Monday – Friday)
- On the job training Weeks 2 and 3: 6/24, 6/27 – 6/30; 7/1, 7/5 – 7/7 (Saturday, Wednesday – Friday)

Retention Specialists include both licensed and unlicensed responsibilities. If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensing which include successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
