We operate a large fleet of vehicles that we provide to rideshare, last mile, and taxi drivers on a flexible basis. We’re looking for an outstanding Customer Support Associate to join our team! In this role, you will provide remote support to our internal teams, prospective customers, and existing customers across our locations across the US. 

What you’ll do

  • Be the first-line support for all customer interactions on the phone, via text, and via email
  • Assist and lead projects to help our organization evolve
  • Analyze customer trends
  • Develop processes to improve customer experience
  • Utilize knowledge of the rideshare industry to provide best-in-class support
  • Escalate urgent items to our locations and ensure a speedy resolution
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Schedule vehicle service, bodywork, and inspections

What we look for

  • 1-3 years of customer service and operational experience
  • Impeccable communication and time management skills 
  • Passion for delivering a superb customer experience and working with diverse groups of people
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong desire to learn
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday as well as rotating weekends & holidays

Compensation range: $50,000-$70,000
