Lexion is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team of 3 executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism, problem solving, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
In this role you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and provide administrative support to the executive team, including email and calendar management, scheduling individual and company meetings and events, and owning travel planning and arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, communications, agendas, presentations, and notetaking as required.
- Support the People and Marketing team with the planning and execution of events.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for various projects and initiatives.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through on tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond independently when appropriate.
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, including the distribution of materials and follow-up on action items.

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Google Suite and project management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

- Salary range: $70,000-$100,000 base salary plus bonus (will depend on years of relevant experience, skills, and location). If you’re earlier in your career in this role, then your compensation will be on the lower end of the range.
- Location: Remote (but strong preference given to WA based candidates as the entire senior leadership team is located in WA)
