- Strategize with the business to translate pyramid objectives into talent implications
- Lead, influence, support, and facilitate organizational change and communication
- Consult with leaders and partners by understanding how to align and integrate people with business needs through organization design and talent development
- Act as a coach, trusted partner and confidant who understands when and how to share information in the best interests of people and the business
- Assess and develop talent and guide and support leaders and team members through performance management situations
- Leverage data and insights to identify problems, develop and implement solutions in partnership across the HR ecosystem
- Collaborate with human resources partners on the communication and implementation of human resources cyclical processes including Talent Planning, Annual Merit, Performance Review Process and Best Team Survey

About You:
- 3-7 years of human resources experience
- Effective thought leadership, critical thinking and problem solving skills; strong business acumen and curiosity
- Models the way with Target behaviors, focus on diversity and inclusion, learning agility and guest mindset
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well with all levels in the organization
- Ability to consult the business through strong business acumen and presence
- Strong self-concept, ability to manage conflict and make decisions
- Ability to relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience
