WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Provide administrative support to Leave of Absence, Employee Relations, and the Human Resources team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, supporting all Leave of Absence and ADA administration processes, some payroll administration; HRIS administration and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources
  • 2 years of experience managing leave of absence claims and leave program
  • Knowledge of processing FMLA, STD, ADA, and PFL leave of absence claims and state leave regulations
  • Solid understanding of Workday or HRIS systems and ADP payroll systems. Some experience with payroll administration.
  • Extremely organized with solid attention to detail
  • Proactive and takes initiative; anticipates needs of the team
  • Outstanding work ethic, collaboration, time management and follow-up skills
  • Able to work well under pressure, multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume fast paced environment
  • Able to take direction, prioritize and follow through
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Experience supporting a remote employee population and/or experience working in a Shared Service environment.

The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $20.00 to $40.00 per hour.  The national range provided includes the hourly rate that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual hourly wage rate will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
