AAPC is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Member Success team! In this role you will develop new prospects through warm leads and outbound calls that will generate meaningful and goal-oriented conversations. You will work with members to discover what they need and create solutions that ensure a smooth sales process and long-term member satisfaction. Best of all, you’ll have an awesome team to keep it fun along the way!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on meeting minimum sales performance standards and quotas; work towards and exceed assigned sales goals
  • Follow trusted advisor guidelines, using appropriate terminology and processes to establish successful sales relationships
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Use responsive listening to provide appropriate situational responses to the customer through discovery, resolving concerns, etc.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and tailor appropriate solutions to meet the customer’s needs
  • Quickly learn and develop a wide product knowledge related to the ever-changing world of healthcare

 Qualifications:

  • Energetic, optimistic, and persistent individual with track record of succeeding in a goal-driven environment
  • Desire to help others succeed and find their “Why”
  • Collaborative team player who will share sales tactics and is eager to learn from others
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or another CRM
  • Previous outbound or cold-calling experience
  • Computer proficiency and ease in learning new software programs
  • Excellent phone/email presentation and communication skills
  • Responds well to feedback and coaching
