A role on the Enterprise Insights team means you will be a champion for our current and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. Under your leadership, your team will help partners build consumer-centric strategies and activations.

As a Director, Enterprise Insights, you will report to the Senior Director, Guest & Audience Insights and have responsibility for creating Enterprise-wide understanding of our guests based on who they are, how they shop, and how they feel.  Your team’s work will drive strategic business decision about who to grow with based on an in-depth understanding of guest opportunities. You will work with your direct reports to ensure the business problem/opportunity is clearly articulated, build a hypothesis-driven framework, scope, and ensure the best method is employed given business need and constraints (e.g., budget, time, trade-offs), and communicate insights in a manner that impacts business choices. You will also be responsible for guiding and developing future Insights leaders.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of work experience in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, and/or Data Analytics

  • Strong knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated and first-party insight tools

  • Comfortable working with all types of data including survey, CRM, sales and market share

  • Ability to translate research and data into clear narratives and recommendations based on business context

  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills

  • Remote eligible

  • Travel required no more than 25%

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs.  A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is :$123,100.00 USD – $221,600.00 USD. Pay is based on several factors which may include, but are not limited to education, work experience, certifications, labor markets, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
