We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Live Chat Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing great customer service by assisting clients and customers through live chat with any queries or complaints.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via live chat, email, or social media platforms, providing them with prompt and courteous responses.
- Identify customer needs and provide them with comprehensive information regarding products, pricing, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating and gathering information to ensure a suitable resolution.
- Provide technical support to customers with concerns on accessing or navigating our website or using our products.
- Document customer’s interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and comments, and take appropriate action to address them.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services as well as company policies and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Meet or exceed company customer service standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, problems, and questions, and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities to handle simultaneous chats and inquiries.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of database and customer relationship management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
