Manager, People Operations

Job Description

 

About the team

We are looking for a highly organized and driven Manager to lead our People Operations Data Team. The Data Team focuses on maintaining accurate records in Workday through system-focused work including but not limited to; entering employee changes into Workday, auditing onboarding processes, and managing bulk transaction requests. In this role, you’ll partner with leadership, managers, and individual employees across the company to manage key People Operations programs, processes, and initiatives.

 

About the role

  • Act as the main escalation point for a growing team of Coordinators, Specialists, and Senior Specialists.

  • Triage and maintain the People Operations ticketing queue and perform daily audits to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses.

  • Support HR transactional work related to hires, job changes, manager changes, re-organizations, compensation changes, etc.

  • Identify and provide learning and growth opportunities to develop team members with a diverse set of skills.

  • Apply the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information & employee and candidate records.

  • Assist with administration of HR programs, policies, and processes to improve our overall employee experience.

 

 

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

 

 

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $80,900.00 – $129,200.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.

 

 

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting an operations team re: people operations, employee service or shared services

  • Experiences supporting shared services teams using Workday, ServiceNow, Anaplan (or other HRIS, ticketing, and headcount planning systems)

  • Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint and project/program management tools
