As part of the ongoing global expansion of Workvivo, we are looking for a Partner Manager to identify, build and nurture commercial partnerships and drive a pipeline of leads across North America. This hire will play a key role in our commercial and strategic expansion.
Responsibilities & Expectations
Identify new target partners in the form of consulting companies, SIs and VARs and successfully gain their interest in a partnership with Workvivo to create and manage a steady pipeline
Negotiate mutually-beneficial Partner agreements
Onboard and enable partners for growth and high performance – and own the execution of these plans
Build joint business plans with partners to enter new markets & identify new sales opportunities
Establish the right value propositions with partners to ensure Workvivo’s customers enjoy the highest adoption & satisfaction rates
Establish & maintain effective relationships with Workvivo’s channel partners
Exceed quarterly sourced and influence revenue targets
Partner with Workvivo’s sales, solutions & marketing teams to exceed joint goals. Share knowledge and experience relating to the APJ region with the global and local team
Contribute thought leadership to partners and provide feedback to Workvivo’s product team allowing us to constantly improve and exceed customer & partner expectations

Skill Set Needed
A Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment with experience in Sales Development and Sales/ Partnerships or Business Consulting
Experience hunting in greenfield environments with a go-getter mentality
Ability to establish trust quickly with prospective channel partners and run the full partner lifecycle, start to finish
Experience building & maintaining strong C-level executive relationships
Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to partner executives
Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources (Sales, Sales Development, Solutions, etc.) to build Workvivo brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and help to close deals
Superb listening skills; you must understand partner challenges, pains and potential objections and articulate the business benefits of partnering with Workvivo
High level of empathy – it’s important for our Partner Sales Managers to be good people to colleagues, customers and partners
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in an ambiguous environment
Spanish language skills would be advantageous, but not required

Minimum:
$104,000.00
Maximum:
$208,000.00
