Project Hours (All Times Pacific):
Monday – Sunday, 4 am – 5 pm
Especially Seeking Availability:
Friday, 12 pm – 5 pm
Saturday, 8 am – 4 pm
Hourly Pay Rate:
To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:
10 hours per week
90 days (as needed)
What We Are Looking For:
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic individuals that seek to provide excellent service on each call
- Strong data entry skills
- Customer service/phone support experience
Special Requirements (this project only):
- Must work from a Windows PC (no Mac or Chromebooks)
- Amazon Work Space must be installed on computer
- Must have a working headset with built-in microphone and a quiet space free from background noise for taking phone calls
- Mod Contractor must schedule including 5 hours on Friday and/or Saturday (if needed by ModSquad)
